This Privacy Policy explains how Chaunsa Digital Growth Consultancy (“Chaunsa,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit chaunsa.net, contact us, respond to our ads, subscribe to our emails, or work with us as a client.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and message.
• WhatsApp and email: your name, number or email address, and anything you include in your messages.
• Meta lead ads: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details shown on that form, such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, and your name if you provide it.

Information collected automatically

When you visit chaunsa.net, some information is collected through cookies and similar technologies:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager: pages you visit, time on the site, the device and browser you use, your approximate location based on your IP address, and how you arrived at the site.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API: pages you visit and actions you take on the site, such as submitting a form. Some of this information is sent to Meta directly from our server. Where you have submitted contact details, these may be shared with Meta in hashed (encoded) form so Meta can match the visit to an account. This lets us measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited our site.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to keep the website running and secure.
• Fonts and scripts: our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and some scripts from Cloudflare’s content delivery network. When your browser loads these, your IP address is shared with those providers.

Information we access while working for clients

During a project, clients may give us access to their ad accounts, Meta Business Manager, analytics tools, websites and related systems. These can contain information about the client’s own customers. We explain how we handle this under “Client account access and confidentiality.”

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• reply to your inquiries on WhatsApp, by email or by phone
• provide the services you hire us for, and manage our working relationship
• send our newsletter, if you have signed up (every email includes a way to unsubscribe)
• understand how visitors use our website and improve it
• measure the performance of our ads, and show our ads to people who have visited our website
• keep our website secure, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business. They may process it only for the services they provide to us:

• Hostinger: website hosting
• Google: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Fonts
• Meta: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Facebook and Instagram lead ads, and WhatsApp
• Cloudflare: delivery of website scripts
• Our email and newsletter service providers: sending and receiving email

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Client account access and confidentiality

When you give us access to your business accounts or data:

• Access is used only by Waqar Younas, and only for the work you have hired us to do.
• Your data, and your customers’ data, is kept confidential. It is never used for other clients or shared with anyone outside the engagement.
• Wherever possible, we ask for access through partner or role-based permissions (for example, Meta Business Manager partner access, or a user role in Google Analytics), rather than your personal passwords.
• When an engagement ends, you can remove our access at any time. We will also remind you to do so as part of the handover.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used
• Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure our ads and reach people who have visited our site

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not stop the website from working.

How long we keep information

• Inquiries and leads that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal or dispute purposes.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: according to our Google Analytics retention setting of 14 months.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including limiting access to Waqar Younas alone and using secure, access-controlled tools. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers

Chaunsa is based in Pakistan and works with clients in other countries, including the United States, Canada and Australia. Our service providers, such as Google and Meta, may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is inaccurate
• delete your information
• stop sending you marketing emails
• withdraw any consent you have given

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email info@chaunsa.net. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other websites

Our website links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
